Work is project-based, and pay depends on the scope, complexity and skills each opportunity needs. You don't need technical expertise to join us, but experience in AI, automation or more complex systems can open up a wider range of work. We'll confirm the agreed rate and scope for each opportunity before work begins.
You'll take on real admin and operational work for a client, then look at how it could be improved: spotting where automation or AI genuinely helps, documenting the process, and showing the time and cost it saves, before moving on to the next task. Some projects need deeper technical skill, but the work is always rooted in admin and business operations, never abstract tech projects on their own.
We look at your experience, skills, availability and the needs of the client. We aim to make matches where your strengths genuinely fit the work rather than simply filling a slot.
