VAxAI is a service by MT1L, a consultancy working at the intersection of people, culture and technology. It started with a simple observation: AI and automation promised to save time, but it wasn't always clear what would genuinely help. For two years, we tested what actually works across different aspects of business operations: identifying where AI and automation add genuine value, where human judgement remains essential, and what needs to be prepared, structured and cleaned before technology can deliver results.
